Vagelis Katechis, engineer
Vagelis Katechis is a Greek engineer working at the International Broadcast Centre. He is responsible for delivering the digital signal so the Games can be broadcast around the globe to over 5 billion people. His job requires him to continuously re-locate to the next host city. He currently lives in east London but will soon fly to Rio de Janeiro to prepare for the next Olympic and Paralympic Games in 2016.
Anthia Vryoni (b.1991) was born in Cyprus. She completed a foundation course studies at Salford University and is currently studying a degree in fine art. Her work includes installation, mixed media and photography.
